Biographie
Né en 1964 à Longwy (France), Vincent Dogna vit actuellement à Paris. Il a étudié à l’école supérieure des arts appliqués Duperré (Paris), aux Métiers d’art du Hainaut à Jemmapes (Belgique). Vincent a suivi une formation de maquettiste à Corvisart (Paris) et devient graphiste. Il débute la course à pied à 28 ans, celle-ci devient un élément important de sa vie. Il enchaine alors, les épreuves et, comme beaucoup de marathoniens, un jour les blessures s’accumulent. Se retrouvant quelques mois au bord de la route à regarder les copains courir, il ressort alors les pinceaux et naturellement la ligne bleue devient sa muse. Dans une fusion de ses 2 passions, il cherche à transposer sur la toile toutes les couleurs et toutes les émotions de la course à pied. Il ne se fixe pas sur un style : seul le sujet et l’émotion qu’il transporte le fait avancer dans son travail pictural. Comme pour l’entraînement, il faut varier les cadences pour progresser. En 2011 il a couru son 25ème Marathon et a réalisé sa 30ème exposition.
Biography
Born in 1964 in Longwy (France), Vincent Dogna presently lives in Paris. He studied at the "'Ecole Supérieure des Arts Appliqués Duperré" (Paris), and at the "Métiers d’art du Hainaut" School in Jemmapes (Belgium). Vincent studied design in "Corvisart" (Paris) and he became graphic designer during 23 years. He started running at 28 and race became an important part of his life. He then ran race over race, accumulating numerous injuries as many other marathoners. As a result, he often found himself on the roadside watching his friends running. He then took the pencils and the blue line naturally became his muse. In uniting both passions, he aims at conveying on canvas all colors and emotions of running. He does not focus on a single formal style, as nothing but subject and emotion lead his pictorial research. As in running, training, varying the pace is necessary to progress. In 2011, he ran his 25th Marathon and achieved its 30th exhibition.
